Scars of the Earth
Earth is passing many messages in many ways to the humanity. The ever-growing gap between our resources consumption and the ability of Nature to replenish them is manifested through the cataclysm-like rate of species extinction but also through extreme climate phenomena.
Nature is lively reacting to our many stressful stimuli.
In this series, I want to picture landscapes of our planet in an emotional way. By associating a human emotion or state of mind to each photography, I force the communication between the scene and the viewer.
These landscapes don't contain any intelligent living form but yet it looks like they are still able to transmit a certain emotion or state of mind in a strong way.
